About me
I am Louise. I was born in Somerset, was brought up in Hertfordshire, and moved to Beverley in the beautiful East Riding in 2018.
As well as being a celebrant, I am a professional classical singer and singing teacher. I teach at St Peter's School, York, and formerly at the University of Hull and Hymers College, Hull. I also teach privately.
My pupils get great exam results and several have gone on to music conservatoires. One is a recent award-winning BBC New Generation Artist.
Together with my husand and springador Archie I love exploring different parts of our new home county.
I am also a mother of three, and grandma to four (so far). I love walking, gardening, theatre, ballet and opera, travel, and rugby.
Archie has proved a big hit at our local care homes where I often take Holy Communion to the residents on behalf of Beverley Minster, where I also lead the bereavement care group.
